Senior Care Scheduling Specialist

About the Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care by managing and coordinating caregiver schedules. This position is a mix of puzzle-solving, relationship-building, and communication as you match caregivers with clients based on skill set, personality, and availability.
What You’ll Do:
??Schedule Coordination: Manage and adjust client and caregiver schedules, ensuring shifts are covered efficiently.
??Caregiver Matching: Pair caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, and personality fit.
??Hiring & Onboarding: Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, and office-based onboarding.
??Client & Caregiver Communication: Keep up with caregivers’ availability and time-off requests while working closely with clients to meet their scheduling needs.
??Problem-Solving: Navigate last-minute schedule changes and open shifts with a creative, solutions-focused approach.

?Quick thinker & problem solver – You can adapt when schedules change unexpectedly.
?Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
?Senior care knowledge or experience is preferred – Understanding the unique needs of seniors and caregivers is a plus!
?Comfortable with computers & scheduling software (we will train the right person).
