Our Saskatoon office is looking for an administrative professional to join us in our mission as Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate has a positive mindset, is resourceful, a problem solver, highly organized and uplifting to others through outstanding interpersonal skills.

SALARY

40 hour week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

$37,500 - $43,000 annual wage

JOB DUTIES

• Reception, data entry, written communication, content creation, training, errands, lots of listening, supporting and organizing
• Support for daily office team activities such as Client Care, Client Service, Recruitment, Training and Engagement, Marketing, Billing and Payroll

• 2 YEARS experience in the older adult care industry and passion for the role of private home care in increasing quality of life of older adults.
• Warm, wise, professional, emotionally intelligent demeanor,
• Expertise in multitasking, organization and attention to detail,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva, Salesforce, Quickbooks and other platforms
