Alzheimer’s disease can affect anyone. Every three seconds, someone in the world is diagnosed with the disease—each person who may be a parent, a grandparent, a friend, or a neighbour.
This Giving Tuesday, we are asking you to show your support for all the people in your community that are impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias by donating to the Alzheimer Society Peel.
For nearly 40 years, the Alzheimer Society Peel has been on the front-lines, providing critical programming and supports to people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, ensuring they get the care needed to maintain their quality of life for as long as possible.
Across Peel, we provide services, supports and programming to 25,000+ individuals and care partners annually who are living with, or affected by, dementia.
The gift you make this Giving Tuesday will stay local and you will be able to see the immediate impact your contribution makes through our crucial education, counselling, and social recreation programs people living with dementia need most.
