Staying active, healthy, and engaged are crucial factors in aging in place. If you or your senior loved one wants to remain at home and independent for as long as possible, consider how you can do that. For example, do you need help with keeping track of your daily prescription medication. Maybe you could use some tips on the best exercises for your age group or need help to complete mobility exercises recommended by your physiotherapist. If you have some long-term physical disabilities, do you know where to turn for personalized assistive devices? One place to begin is with the assistance of a caring home health care professional. Programs and Services to Help Seniors’ Wellness

    2. Health Services. Find services in your area to keep you healthy.
    3. General Advice. When you are looking for some general advice, a confidential call with a registered nurse may be what you need.
