Home Instead was recently named a recipient of the Franchisees’ Choice designation by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) for the 13th consecutive year in a row. This award is given annually to franchise systems that have demonstrated superior franchise relations, leadership, training and communications. The Franchisees’ Choice designees are CFA member franchise brands who voluntarily participated in an independently-administered survey.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this designation for the 13th consecutive year,” said Seth Sternberg, CEO of Honor, the parent company of Home Instead. “The dedication of our franchise owners, key players and Care Professionals has been remarkable and positioned us to be able to provide more care and support to older adults and their families across Canada.”
Home Instead franchisees were asked to assess their franchisor in key areas of the franchise business model – including:
- Franchisee selection process
- Franchisee information package
- Leadership
- Business planning and marketing
- Training and support
- Ongoing operations
- Relationship between the franchisor and franchisee
This survey assesses the qualities listed above and ensures that a franchise brand has received a solid endorsement through its satisfaction ratings from its franchisees. Since the inception of this award, Home Instead, Inc. has consistently received outstanding recognition.
“We celebrate Franchisees’ Choice Designees for exemplifying franchising’s core principle of working in partnership, sharing success and Growing Together™,” says Sherry McNeil, CFA President and CEO. “Our congratulations go out to this year’s Franchisees’ Choice Designees on receiving this outstanding vote of confidence from their franchisees.”
