At Home Instead, we believe in recognizing and appreciating the incredible work our caregivers do to provide the best home care in Ottawa. That's why we started the Wish Jar initiative in March of 2023. It's a special way for us to show our gratitude and bring some joy to our caregivers.
Every month, our caregivers have the opportunity to write down a wish on a piece of paper and place it in the Wish Jar. It can be anything their heart desires, from a small personal item to a meaningful experience. We understand that our caregivers go above and beyond for our clients, and the Wish Jar is our way of giving back to them.
Once a month, we gather all the wishes and draw a lucky winner. The chosen caregiver receives the gift or prize they wished for as a token of our appreciation. It's a small gesture that holds great meaning, reminding our caregivers that their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed.
We are proud to have such a wonderful team of caregivers in Ottawa, and the Wish Jar is just one of the many ways we strive to create a supportive and rewarding environment.
