Jisella Dolan, Home Instead chief global advocacy officer, is now part of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women community.
At the annual MPW Summit in Washington, D.C., Oct. 11-13, Dolan joined other preeminent women in business, select leaders in government, philanthropy, education, sports, and the arts.
She spoke on her leadership role in the home health industry, the buzz around Honor Technology’s recent acquisition of Home Instead, and the importance of creating a corporate mission to grow a company around.
Dolan noted that living up to that company mission meant knowing when it was time for Home Instead to sell.
“We aren’t a tech company; we are a people company,” she told the MPW panel.
