Hollie is creative, innovative and determined to find solutions for her clients, always looking for ways to improve their experience. For example, a client was struggling with being cold in the shower and Hollie thought to put a heater in the room to increase her comfort. She communicated this strategy with the office to make sure the whole care team was able to help the client in this way.
Even when connecting with a client was difficult, she was determined to find ways to build relationship, never blaming the client but instead trying to find ways to do better for her.
