We are pleased to announce the Care Professional of the month for November is Lynn!
Lynn joined Home Instead in April of 2023 and has served over 480 hours. She came
to us with a wealth of experience caring for others after a long career serving in home
care.
But even with many years of experience, Lynn is humble, gentle and open to learning
new things. She is professional, and always comes well prepared for every shift.
Whenever it has been possible, she agrees to taking on more shifts to help clients retain
their care.
Lynn excels in her care for others in need, always interested in doing things to the
highest level. Even when a client had been resistant, she remained determined, trying
different approaches to create that relationship. She has served a variety of clients
including a client living with a brain-injury, another who is bedridden and dependent on
our care, a 101-year-old senior in long-term care and a gentleman needing assistance
to calm his anxiety and support his daily living. She gives comfort to families that their
loved one is being cared for when they cannot be there.
Our clients, their families and the admin staff are blessed by Lynn’s positivity and
dedication. It’s wonderful to see how easily she makes connections with others with a
joyful laugh and her warm, welcoming demeanor.
Lynn you truly have the heart of a caregiver, and we are so very pleased to recognize
