Dear Julia,
You joined our team on January 6th, 2022. Coming from a caring family and bringing experience working in a care home, I envisioned you having great potential to succeed with our clients. We were incredibly grateful to have your talents, youthful energy and heart employed in full time work! From time to time the Company is able to offer full time employment to new Care Pros. You came just when the Company had that need.
Fast forward one year and, even with a leave of absence to work with children and horses at a camp over the summer, you have now worked 1062 hours with 34 different clients.
When you returned in the fall you caught our attention again; we all noticed how you shifted into a new gear. You were invigorated with the additional responsibility you performed at camp as the barn manager. On return to Home Instead your goal was to keep up that high work ethic and give your best service to our clients. This positive mindset has fueled your growth, your professionalism and confidence.
You took initiative in your own growth and development by contacting Rita for feedback regarding your work. You took additional training this January and you have been consistent in communication with Helen and Rita which really helps smooth things out for our clients.
If other Care Pros were to observe you, to learn the secrets of your success, they would see these things:
- Driving out of town to serve your client living on an acreage shows your dependability.
- Your calm and composed demeanor puts our seniors at ease.
- You work hard with new clients to learn about them, make a connection and earn their trust.
- You listen and observe, picking up details. You quietly allow your client to find their way, supporting and encouraging them in healthy routines.
- You are teachable and continue to stretch and grow with humility.
It is wonderful to see your confidence and skills growing. You should take pride in your progress and we hope you enjoy the personal satisfaction of applying yourself for your client’s betterment.
