When a client shared that they may be picking up a relative from the airport later in the week, Linda knew another Care Pro would be serving the client at that time, so she took the initiative to communicate this detail with the office, preparing the next Care Pro for success during their shift.
Linda is quick to solve problems independently while maintaining close contact with others. She confidently carries out tedious tasks for her clients, for example, making numerous phone calls to arrange a private courier to deliver medication, to reduce their worry and stress and empowering them to carry on with their routine.
