Efficient, helpful, proactive, understanding, sweet and caring are a few words the team uses to describe Bree, our March 2023’s South Care Professional of the month! Bree is a wonderful individual who is passionate about caring for seniors and who’s always willing to work hard to make a difference!
Our Team at Home Instead hears great reviews about the care Bree provides, from clients, their family, and her coworkers alike. Bree is a fantastic representation of Home Instead’s values and always has our back with challenging situations. From the beginning Bree has shared her big heart and had the excitement to make a difference in the community for each client. You wouldn’t have known but Bree came to Home instead with no Caregiving experience. Now she is one of our top care professionals! Bree has built experience, has grown and created many long-lasting relationships with our senior clients.
Bree is always willing to lend a helping hand when it comes to picking up or swapping shifts last minute. We understanding these last-minute changes are hard to manage but are so appreciative that Bree has such a positive energy about it. Bree is always so pleasant to speak on all occasions, even when she is busy between juggling her other jobs. Bree gives 110% with Home Instead and stays positive and is able to see the bright side of things even when she thrown a curveball. We are very proud of all your hard work and growth.
We remember Bree doing a fill in shift for one of our newer clients that left a lasting impression. When I did my 2 week follow up with that client, she was really impressed with Bree’s care and assistance! This client had only met Bree once but Bree made such a positive impression the memory stuck with this client for weeks.
