March 2024 Care Professional of the Month - Thomas.
Attentive, devoted, original, proactive, consistent, loyal, knowledgeable, hardworking and compassionate are a few words the team uses to describe March 2024 Care Professional of the Month! Thomas is an old soul that has a passion for senior care and he treats each client with the highest level of respect. He is dedicated in finding the best form of care that seniors enjoy that allows them to remain happy and comfortable in their own homes.
After attending our Dementia and Alzhimers training, Thomas has grown tremendously is his role as a Caregiver. He is always willing to learn new things and take on whatever we send his way. Over the last year that he has been with us, he has been consistent and is always proactive with his communication. In the most challenging scenarios he keeps the office informed and together we can make the best choices for the senior.
Thomas has been very involved in the engagement of other care professionals. He's come to past Care Professional events and training hosted by the office! It's so nice that he is always so eager to come meet other Care Professionals and build community with the team. Thomas attended our Food Truck event in August and it was great catching up with him and hearing about his clients. He speaks about them with such respect and really tries his best with who he is matched with. Thomas is a great person and an even better care professional!
