Stella knows how to problem solve and help her clients feel safe and sound when she is around. She makes the client her main focus and if there is something she is unsure about a she always calls the office for advice and to provide any changes on the client's condition or routine. She is great at following protocol.
Our Team at Home Instead hears great reviews about the care Stella provides, since 2017 Stella has been a fantastic care professional who goes above and beyond for all the clients she sees. She also assists with LPN visits and always does her best to make them work with her schedule. Stella is a very dedicated and compassionate care professional. She always says the only way she would leave Home Instead would be if she had to move away. Stella works overnight with clients to support them with their needs. Clients can feel safe and reassured when she is there, knowing they are in great hands. She is a fantastic representation of Home Instead’s values and always has our back. Great Job Stella!
