Jeremy Grant, Franchise Owner
A couple years back while my grandmother was aging and suffering through a fall and the onset of dementia, I had a firsthand look at the strain caring for an aging senior can have on their loved ones. Even though my grandmother had 10 kids I could still see how difficult it was to be able to adequately provide the care she needed. During my 13 years with Home Instead Senior Care I have seen firsthand the difference a CAREGiver could have had to enable my grandmother to age safer and more comfortably in her home where she was comfortable. Through Home Instead Senior Care I look forward to now having the opportunity to help families in the Brantford, Paris, Simcoe, Delhi, Port Dover, Woodstock, and Ancaster area to provide the best possible care for their loved ones.

Kat comes to Home Instead Hamilton with 14 years of management experience in the customer service field. Kat always leads with her heart, and she is someone who truly believes that the universe will always give back what you put out. Kat takes the lead and shares her heart in everything she does at Home Instead.
Kat knows firsthand the struggles a family goes through with trying to find the support that they require. Kat is here for you every step of the way.
Kat immigrated with her parents, and six siblings from Europe, and didn't always have the resources they needed. Kat's goal is to make sure people are heard and get the help they require. Kat is here for you to help make managing the senior care world with Home Instead the easiest transition of your life. Through Home Instead's vision, Kat's goal is to help as many families as she can, every single day.

Having spent valuable time in the customer service field, I've honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and ensuring positive customer experiences which has allowed me to cultivate adaptability in any work environment.
My passion is working with people.
My background in customer service has instilled in me the importance of understanding and meeting the needs of individuals and has ignited a genuine passion for working with people. I thrive on the dynamic interactions and the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' experiences. Through my customer service journey, I've cultivated strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen ability to understand diverse needs.

Kaylyn Andrade, Office Manager
Growing up, Kaylyn spent a lot of time with my grandparents and really enjoyed being around them.
As they started aging, she could see the difficulties faced with everyday tasks. As she started thinking about a career for herself, Home Instead was the perfect choice. Coming from a customer service and Human Resources background, she brings with her the knowledge to help find the perfect CarePro and client connection through CarePro interviews, orientation, and training. Kaylyn looks forward to continuing to help seniors within the community.

John Paventi, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator
John is our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator at Home Instead, where he connects compassionate caregivers with meaningful opportunities to support our clients. With a diverse background in Marketing, Employment Consulting, and Employer Liaison roles, John brings a unique combination of skills to his position. His expertise enhances his ability to reach and engage potential caregivers, while his experience in employment consulting and direct collaboration with employers ensures a personalised approach to matching caregivers with the right roles. John is dedicated to building a team that delivers exceptional care, making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our clients and their families. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of his dogs, and exploring his interests in movies, music, and art.

With 8 years of management experience and 18 years in customer service, Shelly has developed a strong foundation in leadership, coordination, and providing exceptional support. After becoming a caregiver for her mother while raising two young children, Shelly discovered the profound impact that compassionate caregiving can have on families in need. This personal experience inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others.
Shelly brings years of experience in coordinating nursing services, scheduling, and managing care teams. Her ability to organize, prioritize, and provide unwavering support ensures that families receive the rest and peace of mind they deserve. Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, she finds great joy in knowing that her work directly contributes to the well-being of individuals and families.

Amanda Campanaro - Home Care Consultant
Amanda brings a breath of fresh air and energy into the Home Instead Hamilton Brantford franchise. She has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience, an extensive background in the hospitality industry, as well as an educational background in Social Services. She owned her own holistic wellness business for five years and understands the importance of fostering and maintaining relationships within her client network. Amanda is extremely passionate about living a lifestyle that is balanced and mindful, and brings that mindset into all of her professional endeavors.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Amanda comes from a cultural background where family is put first and nobody is ever left behind. She has a strong belief that home is where the heart is, and is passionate about ensuring that Home Instead's clientele maintains that same principle. Amanda is the face you will meet when you first come across Home Instead within the Hamilton-Brantford community, and is your trusted expert for finding support for your loved ones.

Lindsey Paton, Client Care Coordinator
Lindsey is a dedicated professional with a powerful passion for helping others. She brings a robust background in office administration, project management, public relations, and customer service to her role at Home Instead. Lindsey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is committed to ongoing personal growth and development and actively volunteers her time to supporting vulnerable populations.
Lindsey's personal and career experience has instilled in her a solution-oriented mindset, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion. With firsthand experience supporting others and being supported by others, she understands the importance of having compassionate, empathetic, and reliable support available during life's challenges.
