Home Instead Brantford is excited to kick off the Be a Santa to a Senior campaign for 2024. This holiday season, we invite the Brantford community to join us in bringing joy to seniors who may be feeling isolated or alone.
Local Collaboration and Support
This year, we're partnering with local hospitals, long-term care facilities, and retirement homes. We've set a heartfelt goal to fulfill the Christmas wishes of 250 seniors, and we're reaching out to our community to make this possible.
How to Participate
Participation is easy and impactful.
We have trees at:
- By Appointment Only. Our office 388 St Paul Ave Suite 101-A, Brantford, ON N3R 4N4, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm
- Shoppers on Stanley, 10 Stanley St #6, Brantford, ON N3S 7N4
- Or, simply visit our Instagram or Facebook pages, where we post wish lists daily.
Gift Ideas and Contributions
The seniors we support have expressed their wishes for simple yet meaningful gifts such as include toiletries, slippers, socks, pajamas, puzzle books, tea sampler, heating pads, etc. These gifts go a long way in making their holiday season warmer and more comfortable.
Drop-Off Information
After purchasing the gifts, please bring them to the designated drop-off locations *unwrapped, with a gift bag an tissue on the side. Your participation ensures that no senior is left without a gift this Christmas.

The Fine Print
- To protect the identity if the seniors in our community, we will be using fake names and locations
- If you wish to include a card, please leave the name spot blank, and a member of staff will write the real name of the senior before delivery
- Please do not wrap the gifts, staff at hospitals and LTCs will need to confirm the contents before delivering the gifts.
