Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
• Educate clients and referral sources about Home Instead Senior Care's services, benefits, and value proposition.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop customized care plans, and present solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Genuine empathy and compassion for seniors and their families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
• Knowledge of the senior care landscape and understanding of client needs and preferences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to offer creative solutions.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
• High ethical standards and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in sales and CRM software.

What we offer:
