Home Instead Vancouver is thrilled to announce that our owner, Kim Lepp, has been nominated for the prestigious Top 25 Women of Influence Awards in Canada.
This Award recognizes and celebrates women from diverse sectors and career stages who have made exceptional contributions to the advancement of women.
Each recipient has left their mark over the past year: Contributing to the greater good through their initiatives; by reaching inspiring heights on the global stage; or in using their influence to drive demonstrated change.
When asked about her nomination, Kim said, "I am beyond grateful for this recognition. Being nominated is not only an incredible honour, but it is also a testament to the tireless work of my team and our shared goal of providing the highest quality of care for our clients"
Kim's nomination comes as no surprise to those who know her and the company she runs. Home Instead Vancouver has been providing compassionate and reliable home care services to seniors and their families for over a decade, and Kim has been a driving force behind its success.
Recently, she led us to achieving accreditation through Accreditation Canada, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of care. Additionally, Kim led our move to a larger headquarters, enabling us to better serve our clients and expand our reach within the community.
Kim's commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and families is what sets her apart from other entrepreneurs.
"From the moment I made contact with Kim, it was clear she had a genuine concern and compassion for my mother's well-being." said Morgan Ayres, a client of Home Instead. "The level of attention and detail given for her care plan was unparalleled, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the peace of mind provided for both my mother and our family. She’s incredible."
As Kim says, “I’ve made it my mission to enhance the lives of my clients, their families, and of my Care Professionals. My team and I strive for excellence and integrity in all that we do, and we’ll accomplish this through education, building trust, taking the lead, and sharing our hearts.”
The team at Home Instead Vancouver is thrilled to see Kim's hard work and dedication recognized with this prestigious nomination.
We congratulate Kim on this incredible achievement and wish her the best of luck at the upcoming awards ceremony.

About Women of Influence
For almost 30 years, Women of Influence+ (WOI+) has been the community where ambitious women with wide-ranging expertise, and innovative ideas go to create a new future for themselves and for the world of work at large. A future where women-led leadership thrives. At WOI+, our ethos is rooted in making meaningful and impactful change. We do this by placing ourselves and our community in positions of influence and power — places where we can drive transformation.
We measure influence by impact — the ripples that are made, the doors that are opened, the number of seats that are added to the proverbial decision-making table. Influence is about how decisions, innovations, and systems create a more inclusive and equitable world for everyone. At WOI+, we are unafraid to shake the status quo to transform society's expectations of our capabilities.
We are dedicated to sharing and elevating the unfiltered success stories of a diverse group of role models. We know that when done right — from the podium or the page — these stories not only inspire, educate, and connect — they start to redefine our perceptions of gender roles and abilities. We are changing the narrative. The result? Our community is equipped with the connections, support, training, and tools to carve new pathways, and excel within their careers on their own terms.
