July 2022 Care Professional of the Month - Kathryn Bolissian
We are pleased to announce Kathryn Bolissian as the tenth recipient of Home Instead Markham’s Care Professional of the Month award for July 2022.
Kathryn first joined the Home Instead Markham team in April of this year and immediately excelled as a companion. Kathryn is a very kind and selfless individual who continues to put the needs of others before herself. She is an extremely friendly and a compassionate soul, just ask anyone who has been lucky enough to meet her.
Kathryn was originally born and raised in the big city of Toronto until 23 years ago when she then moved to Markham. Kathryn is a loving mother to three daughters who she cares for daily. She is very family orientated and loves to enjoy the company of her loved ones. When Kathryn is not working and has free time, she likes to spend quality time with her family and friends. She believes it is important to spend time and surround yourself with the people close to you.
Kathryn chose to pursue a career in caregiving as she has an increased passion for helping others who are in need of support and companionship. Kathryn enjoys being a friendly face and making others smile, which ultimately led her to a career in caregiving.
Kathryn’s favorite part about working at Home Instead is knowing that she can make a difference in someone’s life. She believes (and so do we) that even the smallest actions can mean the world to people like her clients that are struggling. Kathryn is very grateful that her job working at Home Instead has given her the opportunity to interact with various individuals and she truly loves her job.
Kathryn is beyond reliable and always goes above and beyond to ensure her client is happy. We are extremely grateful to have met Kathryn and to have her become a valued member of our team! Congratulations Kathryn on this well-deserved award, we are very excited to see what the future brings you!
