Jake Mitten always wanted to run his own business, specifically a business that involves helping people. His mother, Tracy, is a nurse and saw a need in the Markham community for extra services for seniors. So, an idea was born.
The Home Instead Senior Care, Markham location franchise, opened at the beginning of October.
Franchise owners are Jake and his parents Tom and Tracy Mitten.
