- Maintain accurate records of INR results and collaborate with the nurse to adjust anticoagulant therapy.
- Ensure the client understands the significance of INR levels in managing their health condition.
Incontinence/Catheter Care
- Empty catheter drainage bags regularly, keeping accurate records of output.
- Assist in maintaining catheter hygiene to prevent infections and complications.
- Provide emotional support and address any concerns related to incontinence.
Oxygen Therapy
- Administer oxygen as prescribed, adjusting flow rates based on continuous monitoring.
